7 Steps To Help With Dry Skin

1.Use a humidifier, set it to around 60%

2.Limit your to one 5 to 10 minute shower or bath daily

3.Minimize your use of soaps, if necessary, choose a moisturizing soap made from all natural ingredients 

4.Avoid damaging the skin, from using bath sponges & scrub brushes 

5.Apply a good all natural moisturizer immediately after bathing or showering and after hand washing.
